Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural is sourced from small coffee producers organized around the Kebel Aricha coffee mill, located in the Gedeo Zone of the Yirgacheffe district. The Gedeo Zone is named after the Gedeo people who are indigenous to this area. Small coffee farmers deliver ripe cherries to the Kebel Aricha mill where the cherries are sorted and pulped.

I was so pleased with the E-YA. A delicious cup of coffee. I brewed it in my drip coffee maker and felt that it deserved better. So, the next morning I brewed it in a French Press, and boy did it shine! Lots of floral notes and bright fruit rang through. So f-ing good! Thank you, thank you.
