Coffee Production/Warehouse Assistant

At Addictive Coffee Roasters we fuel healthy obsessions. Our fast-growing specialty coffee wholesale company is seeking a Production Associate to support our warehouse operations.

Successful candidates will have a passion for coffee, be energetic, reliable and possess an entrepreneurial mind set.

KEY DUTIES

• Fulfill wholesale and retail orders accurately and efficiently utilizing online sales systems
• Work with team members to communicate status on orders
• Use warehouse machinery to prepare, brew, keg and fulfill orders, ie. grinder, bag sealers, scales
• Apply a positive attitude and willingness to change priorities, learn on the job, and take direction
• Willingness to support other warehouse and tasks as needed
• Deliver orders to local customers
• Join team members at promotions and events

• Ability to follow specific directions
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast growing team
• Highly detail oriented
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Pass a background check

• Warehouse, shipping or receiving experience
• Passion for coffee
• Coffee industry experience

• Monday - Friday
• Flexible hours between 6am-4pm
• Part time or full time possibilities
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed

• W2 - Hourly rate of $17/hour
