Coffee Sales Representative

Our team is looking for a sales professional with experience in coffee or related industry to drive our growing company to the next level. The successful candidate will be dedicated, goal and revenue focused, passionate about our products, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. We have captured well known, name brand customers in all our channels: corporate, hospitality, retail, wholesale and strategic partnerships, but are open to all new revenue opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Develop pipeline and opportunities through outbound activity
• Track activity and wins in Salesforce.com
• Accurately forecast and achieve quarterly and annual quotas
• Be our brand spokesperson in all your professional interactions
• Collaborate with other functions within Addictive for positive business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the coffee or beverage industry
• Experience with face-to-face sales; Retail/Grocery, Wholesale/Distribution, Corporate a plus
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Extremely positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to persuasively present a sales pitch
• CANDIDATE MUST BE IN THE IMMEDIATE SAN RAFAEL AREA

• $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
