This dry processed Ethiopia coffee brews a light bodied cup with floral aromas, flavors of dark blueberries, and a lively lemon acidity (think hot blueberry lemonade). Immersion brewing methods bring out a fuller body with natural sweetness and spice tones in the finish- light roast.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural is sourced from small coffee producers organized around the Kebel Aricha coffee mill, located in the Gedeo Zone of the Yirgacheffe district. The Gedeo Zone is named after the Gedeo people who are indigenous to this area. Small coffee farmers deliver ripe cherries to the Kebel Aricha mill where the cherries are sorted and pulped.
Been drinking addictive brands coffee for over a year now and not going back! Ethiopia natural is my favorite at the moment, but I love them all and mix it up.
Beautifully roasted. The blueberry tasting notes shined through for a delicious, well-rounded and juicy experience with every sip.
Best of the single origins.
I was so pleased with the E-YA. A delicious cup of coffee. I brewed it in my drip coffee maker and felt that it deserved better. So, the next morning I brewed it in a French Press, and boy did it shine! Lots of floral notes and bright fruit rang through. So f-ing good! Thank you, thank you.
